Dionne Showell, MSS- Director of Development
Dionne Showell has been supporting children and adolescents through the Child Welfare System for 12 years in home and community settings. She is currently a Resource Development Administrator, at the Department of Human Services. Dionne works with a leadership team to enrich the quality of the Foster Care System in Philadelphia. Dionne has a Master’s degree in Social Services with a Clinical focus on family supports. She is a candidate for licensing in Social Work (LSW). Dionne has worked with at risk youth and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder; by providing intensive case management supervision, clinical therapy, functional family therapy, conducting safety assessments, and treatment planning reviews. Dionne is very passionate about advocating and aiding children and their families’ success.
Kharrin N. Sadler, MS, LBS- Director of Operations
Kharrin is a Licensed Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania. She has worked in the human service field for 12 years, serving children, adolescents, and adults with autism and maladaptive behaviors. Kharrin has provided services in private schools, residential homes, outpatient services and in home and community settings. Kharrin’s passion for leadership started while she served in the United States Army Reserves as an undergraduate. She then pursued a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Leadership, and shortly after, received a Post-Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Kharrin is currently a Behavioral Health Practitioner- Team Leader at Keystone Autism Services, overseeing services for adults with autism. Kharrin is certified in Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) Levels 1 and 2, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), has experience in administering Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) and the Autism Diagnostic Interview Revised (ADI-R). Kharrin is dedicated to helping others learn and grow, professional development, and being an agent of change across systems.
Keyon Mallory, MPA- Director of Research and Training
Keyon Mallory is currently a Behavioral Health Practitioner- Team Leader (BHP-TL) at Keystone Autism Services, a home and community based program that supports adults with autism. As a BHP-TL, Keyon overseas all services provided to participants served in the County; including Behavior Supports, Supported Employment, Supports Coordination, Transportation and Community Support services. During leisure time, Keyon coaches individuals with autism and other special needs for the Alternative Baseball Organization. Prior to his work as a BHP-TL, Keyon worked with students in the Philadelphia Public School system, as well as the Pathway School, a school for students with Autism. Keyon has a bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Public Administration, with a concentration in Non-profit Management. He also has a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a certified CPR/First Aid/AED instructor.
Brittany Brandon, BS- Director of Public Relations
Brittany Brandon works for Keystone VIP Choice as a Senior Community Health Navigator. She manages a team that provides quality services to transition individuals with Medicare from the hospital to a home setting. Brittany majored in Public Health with a concentration in Marketing. Brittany has a passion for working with the community and helping others. Brittany joined CAN shortly after it launched in 2016. Because she believed in the mission, Brittany showed dedication to support the vision through creative marketing and social networking.
