Dionne Showell, MSS
Dionne Showell has been supporting children and adolescents through the Child Welfare System for 10 years in home and community settings and is currently a Case Management Supervisor. Dionne has a Master’s degree in Social Services and specialized in Clinical Social Services. She is a candidate for licensing in Social Work (LSW). Dionne has worked with at risk youth and individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder; by providing intensive case management, clinical therapy, functional family therapy, conducting safety assessments, and treatment planning. Dionne is very passionate about advocating and aiding children and their families succeed. She is dedicated to live a life of service.
Kharrin N. Sadler, MS, LBS
Kharrin is a licensed Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania. She has worked in the human service field for 10 years, servicing children, adolescents, and adults with autism and maladaptive behaviors. Kharrin has provided services in private schools, residential homes, through outpatient services and in home and community settings. Kharrin’s passion for leadership started while she served in the Army Reserves while in undergraduate school. She then pursued a Master’s degree in Organization Development and Leadership, and shortly after, received a Post-Graduate Certificate in Behavior Analysis. Kharrin is certified in Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) Levels 1 and 2, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), and has experience in administering Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) and the Autism Diagnostic Interview Revised (ADI-R). Kharrin is dedicated to helping others learn and grow as well as being an agent of change in the community.
Keyon Mallory, MPA
Keyon Mallory is currently a Behavioral Health Practitioner at Keystone Autism Services, a home and community based program that supports adults with autism. As a BHP Team Leader, Keyon overseas all services provided to the participants served in the county, including behavior supports, supported employment, supports coordination, transportation and habilitation services. Prior to his work at BHP, Keyon worked with students in the Philadelphia Public School system, as well as the Pathway School, a school for students with Autism. Keyon has his bachelor's degree in Sociology and his Master's degree in Public Administration, with a concentration in Non-profit Management along with a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Applied Analysis. Keyon is also certified CPR/First Aid/AED instructor.
